Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how Launch Narrative works, what we charge for, and what you can expect from a launch engagement.
-
Is Launch Narrative a publisher or a copywriting service, and do you guarantee my launch goes viral?
No. We are a marketing agency that plans and runs product launches and go-to-market campaigns — "narrative" means brand and launch storytelling, NOT publishing, fiction or a news outlet. We cannot and do not guarantee virality, reach, leads or sales; outcomes depend on budget, market, product and timing.
We combine strategic positioning, professional copywriting, and channel orchestration under one accountable team. We are not a media publisher: we do not operate an editorial platform or sell audience access. We are not a copywriting studio that produces disconnected assets without strategy. Sustainable launch momentum comes from message clarity repeated consistently across channels, not from a single viral post that your sales team cannot explain the next morning.
-
What types of clients do you work with?
We serve B2B and B2C brands launching products, entering new markets, or refreshing narratives that no longer match their product reality. Typical clients include fintech platforms, consumer health services, B2B SaaS companies, and hospitality groups operating in Singapore and wider APAC. We work with funded startups, regional subsidiaries of global brands, and established companies preparing a repositioning moment.
-
How long does a typical launch project take?
A full launch engagement — from discovery through debrief — typically runs six to twelve weeks depending on scope, approval cycles, and the number of channels involved. Advisory workshops can be completed in a single day. Retainer relationships operate on monthly cycles with defined deliverables agreed upfront. We provide a detailed timeline during the proposal stage and flag any dependencies on your internal approvals or third-party vendors.
-
Do you handle media buying and paid advertising execution?
We plan channel strategy, write ad copy, define audience targeting logic, and produce creative specifications. Media buying execution can be handled by our trusted partners or your existing performance agency — we coordinate through shared dossiers so narrative consistency is maintained. If you need end-to-end paid media management, we will scope that explicitly rather than bundling it ambiguously.
-
What does a launch project cost?
Pricing depends on scope: number of channels, volume of copy and creative assets, research requirements, and whether production partners are involved. We provide fixed-fee proposals for defined projects and monthly retainers for ongoing work. We do not publish a rate card because every brief differs materially. Contact us with your timeline and objectives for a tailored estimate within two business days.
-
Can you work with our existing agency or in-house team?
Yes — and we prefer to. Our dossier format is designed for handover to performance agencies, PR firms, regional offices, and internal marketing teams. We can operate as lead strategist, as a specialist narrative partner alongside your incumbent agency, or as an advisory resource for leadership. Clear role definition at the start prevents overlap and protects accountability.
-
Do you guarantee campaign results?
No. Marketing outcomes depend on product quality, pricing, competitive activity, budget levels, timing, and execution by all parties involved — factors outside our direct control. We guarantee documented deliverables, senior attention on your account, and honest reporting during debrief. We share past results with context, not as promises of future performance.
